I actually don't understand. Is News only for articles less than a week old, is that what is meant to be implied by the parenthesis? Because I took that as, any news that is so recent needs a link. Are opinion articles consider news if there is reporting in them as well? Because this is an article reporting on, and talking about the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act that had passed at the time. I'm confused.
Also, why did you choose a non default sub like jewspiracy, why not s/anything? The only jewspiracy is me mentioning the "coincidence" of the author and their subject.
