We have photos and family history. She married an Irishman and when he passed away she remarried another Irishman. When my Great grandmother was of age she married her of to a traversing Irishman who drank much and earned a bit of drinking money playing piano in bars. I assume he did more drinking than entertaining by the paucity of funds he actually brought home. He was prone to abusing his children until his eldest son ordered him out and advised him to never return which advice he well heeded and was never heard from again.
