Do you know what's more efficient than ovens and gas chambers? Almost any other method not used by a James Bond villain. The Khmer Rouge killed 1.5 million people over a 4 year period using mostly hammers and 45 years later, the country is still finding mass graves because actual genocides leave a massive amount of physical evidence.
So I take it the cage with the bear and the eagle is off the table as well? Can we at least keep the Masturbation Machines of Death as a cheaper alternative to the medically inspected brothel for some of the more stingy prisoners?
The machines can stay. I'm quite partial to lampshades but the quality of hyde from bear and eagle attacks leaves little to work with while the lotions used in the machines make great hand soaps.
Can we at least keep the Holocoaster? You can't go wrong with that one, it's a classic.
You are assuming that they were used for that purpose in the first place, which they weren’t.
Lampshades, soap, and so brittle on winter, they could break like glass if not eaten by the bear and the eagle.
