It's more of a surgical procedure, and a lot of older men (non-Jews) have it removed later in life for esthetic reasons.
Also, a lot of Jews are only Jews by birth/marriage, and don't follow the religion or get circumcised.
It's better to not lump a whole group into a limited perspective, but instead be more careful to pick out and deal with the problem at the core. If you're at all humane and not a savage, live your life as Jesus would. Be intelligent and gain some understanding of why things are as they are before you draw any conclusions or make a choice, particularly if it involves hate.

It's very often done without effective anesthesia. The infants have increased level of cortisol in their blood after being circumcized. Indicating severe pain.

But even with anesthesia it's completely fucked up. Female genital mutilation is also a "surgical procedure" in the better parts of india. It's done in hospitals over there. Yet we can somehow all agree in the west that this is highly immoral and reprehensible.
The surgical procedure argument is a horrible argument and an euphemism. If a Chinese prison removes your organs without your consent, that too will be a "surgical procedure". Performed by most likely a real surgeon. Still fucking wrong.
It's child abuse. And since boys and men love their penis, it's physical Child abuse that has a heavy sexual component to it. In my view the most civil response to this in a civilized society would be jail, for life. And personally, I think that's actually too nice of a response for people who cause irreversible damage and pain to the genitals of children. But I won't tell you what I'd consider an appropriate response. Let's leave it at jail.

I like jews if they're vocal against circumcision. I like anyone who speaks out against child abuse.
And I despise anyone who wants to mutilate children, no matter their genetics. 100% german ancestry but converted to radical islam? I will consider that person evil for some of their beliefs.
If they're not religious jews, personally I'd be willing to accept them as whites. Perhaps slightly funny looking whites, but almost everyone would perceive them as whites. So why not just get along.
Many european nationalities that once fought with each other, sometimes with the intention of genocide, now consider each other white. Germans, russians, irish, english, france, greek... All just whites. And a lot of jews have european ancestry and they have the right skin color to appear white. Some of the white supremacists might unbeknownst to them have jewish ancestry.
Oddly enough though, it does seem as if jews, despite looking very white, think of themselves as non-white. Or perhaps more accurately as "sometimes-whites.". And that's when things get weird. Because I've never met a russian or any other european nationality that thinks of themselves as "sometimes-white".
