It occurred to me when reading the list of events how important it is for them not only to extract the blood, but also to discard the body into water; either a well, moat, pond or river. I wonder the reason for that.
It made me think of the Borat movie and the famous 'throw the Jew down the well' song. It further occurred to me that Sacha Baron Cohen must have specifically crafted those lyrics for the express purpose of subconsciously subverting the wider populations conception of this aspect of the blood libel.
What Christian has ever even thought of discarding the dead body of a sacrificial victim in such a way as to pollute the local water supply? It is unconscionable.
Clever how they attempt to twist reality in service of their own ethnic benefit, but it's hardly admirable. The cold heart and ruthless self-interest, the threat analysis and architecting of long-form schemes of subtle manipulation. Certainly some interesting techniques to study, not to emulate of course, but to aid in sharpening the critical review of their future concoctions.
Yes ...
Another thing to look into is what the Bible speaks of as living in water. Remember the demons that entered the herd of swine, then drowned them in the water. Check into the curse placed upon the spirits of some of the nephilim, becoming "mermaids". And more. This may be a little darker than just poisoning the well.
Interesting, I've heard of the nephilim but never researched in any great detail, I'll have a look.
Job 26:5 "Dead things are formed from under the waters, and the inhabitants thereof."
Look up the words in that verse. "Dead" is H7496.
Rapha, A ghost,
Remember the scene in Lord of the Rings as they made there way across the marsh with all those dead soldiers? They're telling you openly.
May have something to do with empowering the golem they make. Perhaps a means of controlling the spirit of those they murder. I don't know.
