In an interview an intelligence researcher (IQ, not CIA) mentioned that while Russians had IQ levels similar to other whites, the problem with them was that they were exploitative and corrupt. At first I was puzzled as this has not been my experience, but then it clicked. The reputation of Russians is being tarnished by the jewish subset of the population. Not only do they exploit the host population but they ruin the reputation of the country and the people while doing it.
