You never work against nature, you only surf the waves and hope you don't drown trying. Name me one long time surfer that's out of shape? Lazy and unmotivated absolutely, but out of shape? Nope, takes effort to get out in them waves, takes guts to risk your life to the sea, but you do it any way cause fuck it.
