A bit of a mix. The soul is real. Provable by introspection. We are bound to our physical bodies, and the strength of that bond can be increased or reduced by your actions in the physical world. Our extent of knowledge of spiritual power more or less ends there. There's a good chance there's more, but I cannot know what I can't introspect. I can speculate and say that demonic possession happens to those who disassociate, or talk about mentally satisfying ideas about harmony and whatnot, but is little more than speculation. My thoughts on the bible and Jews in a spiritual sense amount to a mix of best guesses based on what I've read and a leap of faith.
I believe that curses and blessings don't come from mortal men, Jew or not. The occult stuff, my best guess, is that it is propaganda from demons or people possessed by demons. I believe demonic deals work in a cosmic legalistic framework that might be described in some measure from some of these occult books. Any agreement to a demon's terms or demands they see as consent and puts you in their framework of cosmic legalism. I would describe that as a curse.

When one mediates on something, it can change in the "astral" realm (which is just a fancy name for the neutrinos and other particles that pervade the universe). Therefore one can increase the amount of energy going into their souls.
Yes, people can become ungrounded or assailed by external entities, causing a whole number of problems. The difference with Demons is that they are very advanced, old, and powerful beings. They have no reason to take our energy because they can easily gain more energy from their own meditations and energy breathing. In a fraction of a second they could inhale more bioenergy through their chakras then like 500 humans had in their entire souls.
Anyway, you speak on outward influence and this is an important concept in Satanism. Satan wants us to be self sufficient and that is why he gives us knowledge to empower ourselves, therefore increasing our intuition, intelligence, willpower, health, and so on. He does not want us dependent on him in the same manner you don't want your kid dependent on you like a NEET.
Moving on: I am impressed by what you describe because it seems you put more thought into it than the average person. I am also impressed that you mention the soul can be made tangible by introspection, aka meditation. I want to invite you to simply read and see what you think about them.

The 3rd eye deals in astral vision, therefore you can start to see small bursts of energy if you practice the meditation long enough. The goal of meditation should be to purify your mind and soul, not gain power. What you're describing is disassociation, which I consider dangerous. I don't agree with the promise of 'bioenergy' or conscious travel in any other realm.

I have done these exercises for many months and have had no issues yet. The base chakra rules grounding and empowering it aids stability of thought.
Increasing the energy of the soul is no different than increasing the energy of the body. You eat clean food and exercise so your body has more energy, right? It is the same concept, but for the astral dimension of our existence.
The reason I mentioned the 3rd eye chakra page is because this would show you that humans are inherently spiritual. However, the curses of the Bible and Torah specifically attacked these astral senses to make humans blind to this reality. Empowering the 3rd eye back to normal is like restoring blood to an atrophied limb.
No offense, but I don't see exactly how the term disassociation fits here. You are referring to proper grounding of thought, right? This can all be done safely without issue. Same way you can physically exercise if you take proper precautions without "dissociating" your joints.
