Here's a glimpse into all the ways World War Two fucked up the United States. This NYT reporter cheerfully describes how the war utterly devastated the vast forested utopia of the American West, transformed all-White coastal cities forever, normalized putting women in the workforce, brought huge waves of Mexican immigrants into the country, took the conservationist dreams of our forefathers and made it into an atomic age nightmare.

He ends his lecture saying if World War Two hadn't happened, the West would be less integrated, less diverse, less "entrepreneurial" and less urban. The Old America vs. the New America we are becoming. There is a eerie cognative dissonance the way these pet historians of the elites stare at the facts, which in every case have made the country worse, and happily draw the opposite conclusion----based on ideology. If Americans had been given a choice, they would've chosen life in the Old America every time.

And of course, this guy also traces everything back to Hitler----the starting point for all the changes. That much is true, but the lie that Hitler was evil and WW2 was the "good war" is still the central tentpole lie which holds up the whole rotten ideology. There is no way forward to a decent America once again without coming to grips with the fact we were lied into WW2, it was a bad war, we were tricked into fighting on the wrong side and we are being repaid by having our country taken away from us.

At the dawn of the last century, this country was set to become a paradise. The wild natural treasures of the nation were unparalleled, cities and towns were still largely White in many places, the social structure was essentially natural and healthy, families were big and strong, media and the arts were still not controlled by Jews. It fills me with an indescribable sadness when I contemplate what might have been. At the end of the 20th century, we "won" (we were the sole superpower) but in the process we lost our beautiful country, we lost everything.

To reverse this terrible development and push forward into a better age is our task----but after a century of going down the wrong path, it's going to be extremely difficult.
