Being muslim polygamists means they were genetically selected for polygamy— high male on male violence, docile stupid women, which is basically the gorilla model. I think its a dynamic that may be inherently prone to corruption (relatively low trust society) but thats just my somewhat biased opinion. I think that following these religions for a few thousand years really causes a genetic change in behavior so that that differences between mulims and christians are not just learned from culture but caused by genes that are selected / deselected because of the culture. But I know goats might find the docile stupid women part a little appealing. ;)
