Generally speaking a joke is funny. Either I'm obtuse or that wasn't particularly funny.

If you are younger than 20 you will seem very young indeed to me, as I am old as the hills, and amanda bynes’ career was only the wink of an eye compared to my long, long cultural memory, which spans eons back to the time of Donnie and Marie.
Ok, I get it now. I missed it because I am culturally removed. I'm creeping up on 45 and turned off my TV for the last time when I was 19. Also, I moved back and forth between Europe and the US several times over the last 25 years so I'm removed from discussions as well.

She was a disney kid, definitely after our time. Another sad Hollywood child star situation. But she was a cute kid and she looked a lot like that pic.
It was kind of obscure and not that funny. We’ve now autopsied the joke and can confidently assert that it was a bomb and it is dead. I may never tell another joke again. :’(
