Amazon still carry's it, a used hardcover is @ $6. and change. My local library carried it for free as an E-book. I put it on my phone and listened to it every morning on my way to work.

If you use amazon, buy it through Amazon smile. It's Amazon but they donate to the charity of your choice. Mine says: "Because you placed this order at smile.amazon.com, Amazon will make a donation to Second Amendment Foundation." The 2nd amendment foundation gets craploads of $ from this program and they do good work. The NRA is another good choice.
