BTW....I live on Fraser Island, QLD. We have had no lockdowns, no masks etc. ( except bushfires started by an English backpacker) The secret...vitamin D...free from the sun...I know in the northern hemisphere is going into summer...so take extra doses of vitamin D....

And yes, thank you. I do anyway simply because I burn so easily. Staying in the sun for an afternoon is 3rd-degree burns on my face.
