Were it me, I'd send the envelope back to them empty. If it's a return postage paid envelope they get charged when you use it. Just throwing it away wastes the opportunity to waste their money.

I used to do this to all junk mail. Bonus points if you stuff it full and put some metal blanks or something else heavy in case they charge them by weight.

I use to use the pre-paid envelopes/ cross out the return address details (some you had to physically write on the return address) and then write/ send letters to friends, family whoever and yes they would go through. Good times.
