Every country should have this requirement for any foreign worker on a work visa. There's no excuse to not at least speak the national language if working in a host nation. The jewSA desperately needs to adopt such a requirement, especially in high skill areas of work. All other visas for non-specialized work should be eliminated and all such work visa holders should be deported if Americans could fill those jobs. Trump will never do this of course since the jews want to import more pets in.
