Because white people tend to think ahead, and are able to formulate thoughts like "maybe I had better wait a bit to go out so I can take a dump here where I have access to a toilet, and not get stuck later".

It could also be the Chinese. There are Chinese language signs in tourist spots all over the world that say things like “Do not defecate outside.”

Can we see the demographic of those badly behaved tourists. It used to be when Japs spoke of "gaijin" they meant White foreigner. Now they say "gaikokujin" (more politically correct) and it refers to the all foreigners. From what I have heard other Japs talking about it on the street, they say that the Whites are well behaved, sure they don't get everything right (there are a lot of rules) but they try really hard to get along (in fact, Whites who came to Japan police other Whites to be on best behavior "don't fuck it up for us"). They don't say that about the niggers, who don't integrate and are "impossible to interact with"
