On Twitter one of the NatSoc accounts was asking for corroboration the stories because he was skittish about trusting claims. There appear to be pro-Palestine protests, but nothing specific to immigration.
Grok chimed in, rather uselessly, to assert it could find no news stories about it.
The result was pretty inconclusive.
Far as I’m concerned, it wouldn’t hurt my feelings if somebody went full Otoya Yamaguchi on the politicians importing niggers to Nippon.

This was a couple of days ago while I was skimming Twatter. I barely go there any longer but saw some post. I think Otto Pohl, Karl Radl or Noticer News asked for confirmation from Grok. Grok said there were no news reports from NHK or Reuters.
Others challenged whether NHK and Reuters could be trusted which started an incredibly boring debate I dropped out of reading after the first reply.
That said, since nobody else is bringing the data to confirm, I checked and it appears a few thousand people did in fact protest this JICA back door invasion policy. So, good news there.
That means there’s still hope for a Yamaguchi style response.
