Japanese culture is an imitation of American culture. American culture is rotten to the core. It is part of this rotten culture not to have children. In order to restore the birth numbers, the culture must be radically changed. It must return to principles that guilded traditional cultures (American and Japanese) where the numbers of baby births was high enough to sustain the society.
