I agree that how it was done is important. But rather than have Judy Woods-types throw out various theories, we could get the "how" from the perpetrators themselves. We know the "five dancing israelis", and "the b-thing", and Gelatin, and Dominik Suter, and Urban Moving Systems all played a direct role in the events at the WTC that day. If we had proper FBI, those people would be in Gitmo getting waterboarded...and we would know the "how".
