They just have to blow up a dirty bomb in a metropolis and then they can use the false flag to justify even the most draconian measures.

I don't think so. Covid was engineered to get Biden into office. Not enough to justify a full court press police state to protect us from "terrorists" and keep us all "safe". It's going to be a bio/chemo weapon that shows dead bodies as far as the eye can see OR a small nuke. I am leaning toward small nuke because dead bodies is hard for Americans to process.
