There's a possibility for Mossad to have booby-trapped electronic devices that were meant for Western markets, but it's not easy to track who's buying what and where. But no one has ever reported suspicious parts, especially when crossing airport's security where they have tools to detect explosive materials. The booby-trapped pagers were specifically shipped to Lebanon because they had intel about Hezbollah members using them. They completely ignored the fact that most of these pagers ended up being used by doctors and nurses, and decided to blow them up anyways.
