I'm not sure what the issue here is. He is not using force or violence to get them to follow the rule of leading with the left foot when crossing over the obstacle. He is clearly demonstrating that even after seeing many corrective actions that the girls at the head of the line needed to make to adhere to the rule, the girls and woman at the end of the line still did not think about their own actions when they reached the obstacle. He proved women cannot be trusted to correct themselves or even be self aware enough to think about their actions preemptively. This applies to all women and girls.

I think the world would have far fewer problems if more sticks were used to educate more women. That, and an end the experiment of women voting. That is all.
