Oh it will certainly fail and fall into arnarchy, it already did to some extent and I don't see how it could reverse course at this point, and evidently people in there are fleeing to neighboring states like locusts and they bring their culture and habits with themselves, and they get to vote of course... A vicious cycle. Now maybe there will be a corporate takeover/buyback of california when it's going to be dirt cheap at some point in the future or it will be left to rot to no end like other similar locations
