https://pic8.co/sh/npBhXA.jpg A collective petition on protection of the Islamic people by the president of Turkey has appeared on Change.org. https://www.change.org/p/recep-tayyip-erdogan-we-ask-president-erdogan-to-protect-muslims-in-france The cause to ask Recep Tayyip Erdogan for protection and putting pressure on the French authorities was unwillingness of "Macron's anti-Muslim government" to establish a dialogue with Islamic people on the issue on adopting the law "On strengthening republican principles". Earlier, in December 2020, Millî Görüş (CIMG) and the French Council of the Muslim Faith (CFCM) addressed the Turkish leader with an official [letter](http://edouarddmoreau.unblog.fr/2021/02/18/les-musulmans-francais-ont-appele-erdogan-a-faire-pression-sur-macron-en-raison-des-lois-anti-islamiques/) with a request to "influence the French leadership in order to save Muslims from oppression". According to the Muslim population of France, that law virtually bans both implementation of the Prophet's precepts and living a faithful life by people practicing Islam. Besides that, the scandalous law doesn't allow parents choosing educational program and type of an educational institution for their children except prescribed ones. That goes against the French policy of giving society a wide spectrum of freedoms, sets segregation and violates the rights of a social group on the religious basis.
