African countries, like most third world countries, are so dysfunctional that they nurture a special kind of ignorance that on one hand, will compel you to laugh, but on the other, will send chills down your spine when you realize just how pervasive the ignorance is and that the elites are feverishly trying to replicate in western nations regardless of how many third world morons they import.
