There should be an international agreement:

If your country is led by someone who was born in and represents that country accurately is the only way to run for any type of office.

How many White Europeans are involved with government/parliament in India, China, Nigeria, Somalia, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Niger, South Korea, Mexico etc?

I just took a quick look at pictures of all the presidents of Mexico, and they all pretty much look like highly European, which makes sense given their history. Your point still stands though. No more foreign leaders in any nation, ESPECIALLY in White nations!
