One state won't do anything, especially with pedo joe* subverting everything.
They may not be liable on the state level, but as soon as it goes to the district courts, fed law takes over and nobody will win.
Granted, this does make it easier to get to SCOTUS, so they can decline to hear it based on standing lol.

This is similar legislation to a South Dakota bill so it's not just one state. Hopefully it snowballs into a "thing" among redstates that can hit the district courts. Iowa and SD are in the 8th which is way different than the 9th and stands a good chance of being upheld. So let's hope the supremes decline to hear it.
