The American Civil Liberties Union and two Colorado law firms sued federal immigration officials Thursday in an effort to stop what the legal groups call the agency’s “indiscriminate stops and arrests” across the state.

What? I thought discrimination was bad. Now indiscriminate is bad? Wild, it's like kikes play every side of every issue.

Caroline Dias Goncalves was brought to the U.S. as a child. ICE arrested Dias Goncalves in June after a Mesa County Sheriff deputy pulled her over in Fruita and asked about her accent and immigration status.

Reading between the lines, the case at the center of this is a deputy pull her over for a traffic stop, she couldn't produce a driver's license and had issues articulating comprehensible English. Then the deputy ran her vin number and likely discovered she had been driving uninsured and (possibly), the title is still in the dealership's name.

Therefore, the proabability of being a US citizen at this point is low. So asking her about her immigration status at this point is not unfounded or random.

She then proably then quiped "My parents brought me when I was a child, so that's okay." So the deputy called ICE.
