If California can't have a leash put on it, then a wall needs to go around it with checkpoints so these fuckers don't get out and kill another family.

At this point, every single port of entry needs to have it's own police station at it that checks ID's and arrests you on the spot if you have a "ID" like this.

On top of it. The state should be suing the other states that are allowing this.
