video plays 31 seconds then stops every time and I tried several times both clicking the icon so it plays on the page and when I click to open in new tab it stops at the same place in time.

Plays fine here on several browsers and devices.
Try to clear/flush your browser's cache. The cached video part might have been corrupted. Can happen when your connection gets interrupted.

Got to 37 so likely was the cache and the wifi connection combined. I'll try again tonight with the connection is less hogged on this end. Thanks.

Depending on the browser, pre-caching is not always activated. So it will start playing and hang where the video hasn't been loaded yet. Then resume when enough cache is filled.
