The H1-B system is and always has been a scam and needs to end. The same can be said for the various out-sourcing companies that bring in H1-B's to companies that cant get them. The practice of allowing a contracting company to use over-seas labor should be banned.

Would it be antisemitic to check who owns and runs these companies?

When everything is antisemitic, then nothing is antisemitic. The jews jumped the shark with their cries of antisemitism so it no longer has any teeth to it.
