Id like to see the actual numbers on this. I don't care too much for averages as they can be skewed. Is there a large standard deviation? What's the Z score of the data? If we claim to be Whites, let's act accordingly and it fly off the handle on numbers based on averages. Yeah, Whites are lower but are atleast 50% of the population in the US. Take some shit into perspective. I'm not saying there aren't DEI hiring practices that have disproportionately hurt us but approach these on a logical level.

It does not help that there are programs to help Non-White's in about every way.

Extra grants, Special hiring status, Special preference in all government contracts (8-A businesses), Special programs that prioritize lending to Non-White's, Special scholarships for non-Whites, Admission preference in colleges for non-Whites... The list could go on and on.

Seriously, at this point on the "optional reporting" forums just list yourself as a non-binary non-White and you will get to the front of the line immediately. If they challenge you just call them a bigot and ask if they want to talk to your lawyer.
