I think what Trump is doing with Elon and Vivek and H1-Bs may be another psy-op to bring the corporate mismanagement of H1-Bs to the forefront of public conscience in order to get the American Public to expose this wrong and demand it to be righted. Trump wants the public to engage and bring on the feedback that can be used to force the change wanted.
