This has been happening since paypal was started. It's a shit company that's always been shit.

The problem arises when PayPal sees too much money in a single account: they see a lot of money and the jewish reaction to take it all overwhelms them.

Personally, I never allow my account to get more than a couple of hundred dollars before I transfer it to my bank.
