Probably Torch Search in Tor. But then you will only be getting Tor results. If you want uncensored its probably time we abandon the baseline infrastructure of the internet as we typically use it.

Same deal. You're going to need to setup your own web crawler and search engine if you want fully uncensored.

Running a global search engine is prohibitavely expensive. If you run your own public, uncensored search engine, you'll have glowies knocking on your door within moments.

your only real option for uncensored search is to run your own, private (just for you), web crawler, indexer, and search engine.
