not true. searx can pull from many smaller engines like brave, qwant, etc

See my comment about running a global search engine being prohibitavely expensive. brave isn't keeping the lights on via donations..

Brave and qwant both censor search results. May not be to the same degree as google or bing, but they censor. If they didn't, they would have been shut down by now.
