Trannies are the ideal consumers; all the wealth & income-earning potential of a man, the beauty & fashion regiment of a woman, and the medical bills of someone with a chronic debilitating illness. The fact that they have such a high suicide rate is icing on the cake - can't have people sticking around too long and figuring out how shit works.
