How exactly do you determine quality when creating frothy mixtures of sugar and cream? Or randomly supplied dried coffee beans simply ground up and mixed with water?

The quality of the coffee per se is objectively low quality, sans additional garbage.
The addition of said garbage elevates this.

You pretty much summed it up. Sugar and cream. I can get that cheaper elsewhere assuming I wanted that at all
