DeWino is selling the leftover copium and hopium to the unwashed. At least once a week there is some progress report on how great it is and how it's going to save Ohio despite Intel THEMSELVES saying it's an overflow facility that will be staffed by workers brought in from OUTSIDE Ohio.

30 to 40 jobs created after it's built. Most of them will be security guards.

Yep. And when they find out they don't really need it, Brookstone Capital (or whomever is actually building the place) will simply turn it into warehouses just like almost every other building on the 161 corridor.
