I found this guy sitting on my milling machine and relocated him to a tree. These guys aren't super common, but I see them from time to time. He was likely in the workshop feasting on freshly landed queen ants, as the small black ants we have were breeding en-masse. During this time, anything that eats bugs gets a good feed, from birds to jumping spiders.

In the process, I personally observed that he does have very high bite force (apparently one of the highest bite forces of any insect).
