Why would this guide skip the hornets with the nickname "Murder Hornets" or also known as the Asian Giant Hornet?

Probably because its something most people in the west will never encounter. Bald faced hornet should be on there though

Asian Giant Hornets are already here in the US. They are working to destroy all of them using trackers and GPS. They have had moderate success:

There are heatmaps that show where they could be or are known to be, in the US.

Stupid hornets...

Bald Faced Hornets should definitely be on that list. Those suckers are aggressive.

Ive never been bothered by bald faced hornets. Ive heard theyre mean, but theyll swarm around me when im sitting on my porch, never fuck with me. If im sitting still glassing or something in the summer theyll crawl on me and i just ignore them. Never been stung by one.

We called them white faced hornets, but yes I agree, I stepped on a nest built in a stone wall as a kid, stung all up and down my back multiple times. Remember it as clear as yesterday... fuck those things.

Terrifying!! We need to eradicate those from the entire planet!
