The information in the image is useful in concept, but opinions and assumptions contained in it make it impractical and unrealistic for direct implementation.

It's not slime when you add a bit of water, milk, whey and yogurt / cream cheese. It's more smoothie like.

Obviously blended? I just HATE undercooked egg, is it really worth it for the nutrients? How much loss is there vs just eating a massive pile of scrambled?
