I work somewhere that the started outsourcing part of the business to a major indian outsourcing company. These people are fucking useless and complete idiots. The American's they fired knew their jobs and did them well. Even after cross training their replacements for ~8 months or more the indians still keep fucking shit up and have no idea what they are doing.
