I had to train a couple Indian "engineers", showed them how to do a simple task. Took em 3 times to get it right where as I would train a regular white, hs educated dude, would get it done right the first time. When asked my manager, he said because they're much cheaper. And that after a while they will. E able to get it right and the company is willing to pay the damages instead of right first time.
