Basically are the actions or activity you are doing helping you in some way to meet your goals? If the answer is no, you might want to use your time doing something else that will.

Im sure you're better off. Honestly I spend my days sunup to sundown around working men and nights at home with my girlfriend. I'm pretty disconnected from most of the bullshit already
