I was watching a video a while ago and she had a tip for using your time well and fulfilling your goals. It was write your top 5 goals down then really think about how you choose to use your time. Basically are the actions or activity you are doing helping you in some way to meet your goals? If the answer is no, you might want to use your time doing something else that will.

Im sure you're better off. Honestly I spend my days sunup to sundown around working men and nights at home with my girlfriend. I'm pretty disconnected from most of the bullshit already
