There was a movie about a WW2 group of soldiers (I think it was called Monuments Men, I could be wrong) that were going around Europe taking back art that was secured by the Nazis. There are at least 2 parts when Matt Damon's character is speaking "French" (which he says he learned in Montreal) and the Frenchmen he is speaking to tell him that his French is terrible and ask him to just speak in English. Those scenes are always funny.
