what I found in the comments, should leave the wife home if knocked up and send her money in India, so the baby is Indian and not American. Not an anchor baby.
I worked for one of the companies on the list which was Cognizant, this was a company that had a dept stricktly for applying for work Visa's and they had this interesting habit of replacing workers here in the US with people from India that had wives that were pregnant. My account alone saw this happen twice and the person that replaced me was flown here from India with a wife that was closing in on her 8th month of pregnancy so her baby could be an American citizen and the person was paid half of what I made. While I should have been upset I admired them for looking out for their own so I say it's about time a President in this country protected our jobs.
