All the bright, high worth individuals are fleeing, leaving low skilled denizens that will drain the state treasury. The illegal migrants are a net drain. As this trend continues, it will exacerbate the high worth individuals fleeing at an ever faster pace. The state budget will become a deficit and the state will go insolvent, if it isn't already.
