Get a van, outfit the drivers seat with one of those bullet proof plastic enclosures that taxis have. Go to home depot and pull up to the Mexicans outside and tell them you need 14 workers (or how ever many seats there are). Drivers them directly to ICE and collect. Rinse and repeat. There, you just power leveled your bank account and saved our society money and effort to round them up.
